Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking three highly motivated Bilingual Tax Collectors to join a dynamic team in Texas. The role is focused on collecting delinquent property taxes on personal and business accounts. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position, located 100% onsite at 4828 Loop Central Drive, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77081.
The Bilingual Tax Collector is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls to set arrangements for debt payment or establish debt payment schedules. The role involves maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, ensuring all customer interactions align with company standards and policies. This individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish. While specific collections experience is not required, a background in customer service is necessary. The role includes:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$33,280 annually / $16 hourly rate
